The intelligence layer for diabetes
Your body isn't a textbook. Neither is your care.
GluCompass reads your glucose, insulin, food, sleep and activity as one picture, and explains the why behind every move, in the moment.
We'll onboard early members in small groups the moment access opens — join now to be first.
Research suggests living with type 1 diabetes can mean around 180 extra decisions a day. GluCompass helps you understand each one.
The gap
You're not missing data. It's just not connected.
Your CGM, your pump, your meals, your nights — each in its own app, none of them talking. The pattern that explains today is scattered across five screens.
One connected read
Everything that moves your glucose, read together.
Most tools show one line. GluCompass reads your signals in context and explains what's driving the number.
See the difference
One flat line. Or the whole story.
The same afternoon, two ways. Tap to switch.
A line went up, then came back down. You're left to guess why.
The same afternoon, read in context — each turn tied to what happened around it: a meal, insulin, a stress peak, a walk. Same data, now with the reason.
Illustrative example, not real data. GluCompass observes patterns and explains them; it doesn't tell you what to do.
How it works
From scattered data to a clear why, in three steps.
Connect
Link the CGM, pump and apps you already use. Device-agnostic, no new hardware to buy.
Read in context
GluCompass lines up every signal against your glucose, continuously — not once a quarter.
See the why
Each read comes with the reasoning behind it — the right read at the right time, in plain language.
One layer, many lives
The same read, shaped to your context.
Diabetes doesn't behave the same in every life. GluCompass reads the context you're actually in.
Everyday life
The ordinary day with type 1 — food, activity, sleep, stress — read together, so it makes sense between visits.
Sport & athletes
Exercise moves glucose in ways one line can't explain. See how a steady run and hard intervals show up differently across your day.
Pregnancy
Pregnancy changes the pattern week to week. GluCompass keeps the story of your day legible — for you and your care team, who guide the plan.
Women & hormones
Your cycle can shift glucose in ways a textbook average misses. See your own pattern, not a generic one.
Two surfaces, one layer
Built for both sides of the visit.
The same connected read, shaped for who's looking — the person living it, and the team supporting them.
Understand your day as it happens.
Not more numbers — the meaning behind them.
- See what moved your glucose, in the moment
- Build your own sense of what works for your body
- Walk into every appointment already prepared
The whole picture, between visits.
A connected view of each member, not a stack of exports.
- Population overview and member insights at a glance
- Context behind the numbers, before the appointment
- Care orchestration that fits how your clinic already works
Your clinician, in the loop
The whole story, before the visit.
Your clinician opens a connected view — trend, time in range, and the context behind it — so the visit starts with the full picture, not a stack of exports.
You see the reasoning, not just the number.
Every read comes with the why — what in your day moved the line. Over time, you build your own sense of what works for your body.
GluCompass interprets; it doesn't direct. The decision stays with you and your care team.
How the read works
Interpretation you can see through.
An honest layer says what it does — and what it doesn't.
How a read is made
- It connects the signals you already generate — glucose, insulin, food, activity, sleep and more.
- It looks for patterns across them, in context and continuously.
- It explains the why in plain language, and shows the signals behind it.
Where it stops
- It interprets; it doesn't diagnose, treat, or tell you what dose to take.
- It can be incomplete or wrong — always read it against how you feel.
- It's not for emergencies. If a read doesn't match how you feel, follow your care plan and your care team.
Why GluCompass
More than a line on a screen.
Beyond a single device app
Your CGM or pump app shows its own data well. GluCompass reads across all of them and explains the why.
Beyond a dashboard
More charts isn't more understanding. The context lives in the moment, continuously — not in an export you decode days later.
Beside your care team, not instead
Human coaching is valuable and bounded by hours. GluCompass is continuous, and works alongside the people who care for you.
Research partnerships
Studying type 1, together.
The clinician surface is designed to begin in research. We're opening partnerships with hospitals, health funds, clinics and academic groups who want to study multi-signal type 1 diabetes on a connected, research-ready foundation.
How we're building it
Earning trust the honest way.
No borrowed logos, no invented numbers. Here's where we actually are.
Why we're building this
“Living with type 1 means making sense of scattered data, alone, all day. I'm building the layer that connects it — so the reasoning is there when you need it, and the decision stays yours.”

Questions
Good to know.
Is GluCompass a medical device?
Today, GluCompass is a general wellness product that helps you understand your own data. It does not diagnose, treat, or tell you what dose to take.
Is it only for type 1 diabetes?
GluCompass is built around type 1, where the day's decisions are most complex and constant. People managing type 2 on insulin will find much of it relevant too.
Which devices does it work with?
It's device-agnostic by design — built to read the CGM, pump and apps you already use. Planned integrations at launch include Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre and Omnipod, with more to follow; the confirmed list firms up as early access rolls out.
Can the read be wrong?
Yes. A read is an interpretation, not a fact — it can be incomplete or wrong. Always read it against how you feel, and it's not for emergencies.
Does it replace my clinician?
No. GluCompass interprets; your care team decides with you. It's built to make the visit better, not to replace it.
Is my data private?
Your data is yours. We don't sell it — we share it only with the service providers that run the site and app.
When can I use it?
We'll onboard early members in small groups. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out the moment access opens.
